Price Was Wrong

I don't want to put it all on the Habs young goaltender.
Clearly it wasn't all his fault, but the numbers are startling.
Price has managed just 7 wins in his last 27 games, 19 of a possible 54 points.
Jaroslav Halak on the other hand has been a winner 13 wins in his last 22, 26 of a possible 44 points.
Those numbers stacked look like this
Price 7-15-5
Halak 13-9-0
What's wrong with this picture?
Not to mention that Halak's brilliance in that 4 game stretch in which he saved his lacklustre teamates was the only reason this bunch made the playoffs in the first place certainly would leave any Hab fan scratching his head.

It's not new for a professional sports team to hang on to their original thought through thick and thin.
The #1 draft choice still getting promoted ahead of the walk on who's putting up better numbers.

Would you keep #1 draft choice Jimmy Waite instead of Dominic Hasek?
Chicago did.
Sure they had Ed Belfour, but still.
Of course Eddie did win a Stanley Cup, just not with the Hawks.

This year the Hawks got it right.
They didn't live and die with the big free agent (Cristobal Huet), they put their most important games in the trapper and blocker of a free agent that was supposed to be gone by midseason.

I enjoy..... NFLTVSHOW.COM ... it has a great selection of NFL games and I like the DVR functionality. The video quality is also good. now that they have added the DVR + 300 hrs of space and the series record option…
